Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

AumLila offers a return or exchange only if 3 days have gone by since your merchandise is delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in precisely the same condition that you received it. It has to likewise maintain the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase, to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There Are Particular situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Product with evident signs of usage
  • Any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

As soon as your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of your refund’s approval or rejection.

Late or lost refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank accounts.

  • Then contact your bank, it might take a while before your refund is formally posted. Before a refund is submitted there is often some processing time.
  • If you’ve done all this and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please get in touch with us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be reimbursed, regrettably sale items can’t be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or faulty. You can send an email to us if you need to exchange it for the exact same item.

Transit Loss

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 1 days by email along with a photo of the damage/imperfection. We will offer a replacement or a full refund for items that are deemed defective or damaged.

Return Process

  • If you wish to make a return, then please email us on contact@aumlila.com to initiate a return request and receive the return mailing address. You will receive a response within 48 hours. Please note that returns that are sent without initiating a return request first will not be processed.
  • Please indicate the reason for your return in the email along with any photos if necessary for fastest processing.

Return Shipping Cost

We know you’ll love your Product, however, if you are unsatisfied for any reason and wish to return an item which is prepaid, and the reason for return is not a consequence of an XYZ mistake, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your product qualifies for a free return.

Replacement

Replacement will depend on the availability of the same product.
