Aumlila is the latest chapter in a lifelong journey of creativity, entrepreneurship, and a deep commitment to holistic well-being. My roots lie in India, where I grew up in a family immersed in the apparel import-export business. Summers were often spent in my brother Suresh Jagasia’s factory — a place where I was first introduced to U.S. buyers, designers, and trend forecasters. Those early experiences sparked a passion for fashion and cross-cultural design, eventually leading to the creation of Jagasias, a brand that seamlessly blended Eastern craftsmanship with Western style.

After relocating to the United States, I continued to bridge the gap between Indian manufacturers and U.S. retailers. Working directly with both sides — from factory floors to corporate boardrooms — gave me a unique, hands-on understanding of global fashion sourcing. In 2005, we launched our own buying services, and for more than two decades, we've proudly supported U.S. retailers with sourcing, product development, and import solutions.

As my connection to wellness deepened through yoga and active meditations inspired by OSHO, our vision began to evolve. In 2019, we launched Aumlila — a wellness-driven brand dedicated to promoting a healthier, more conscious lifestyle through ancient wisdom and modern design.

Our debut product line features copper water vessels, rooted in the Ayurvedic tradition of drinking from copper to help balance the body's pH levels. In today’s world — shaped by fast food trends and processed diets — the body often becomes overly acidic. But human biology is naturally designed to maintain a slightly alkaline state, which supports immunity, digestion, and overall health. Notably, diseases like cancer cannot thrive in an alkaline environment.

Water stored in copper is a simple, natural way to receive mineral-rich, alkaline hydration. It's not only therapeutic but also supports gut health, which is foundational to total wellness.
